- JRF/SRF: Master's degree in Horticulture/Fruit Science/Genetics/Plant Breeding/Genetics and Plant Breeding/Plant Molecular Biology and Biotechnology/Life Sciences with 4/5 years bachelor's degree, OR postgraduate degree in Basic Sciences with 3-year bachelor's degree and UGC/CSIR/ICAR NET, GATE qualification or equivalent, or Ph.D. in any of the above disciplines. Field Assistant: B.Sc. or 3 years diploma in Engineering and Tech. or Graduate degree in any discipline.

- JRF/SRF: Rs. 37,000 + HRA (27%) for first and second year; Rs. 42,000 + HRA (27%) for third year. Field Assistant: Rs. 20,000 + HRA (27%)

Walk-in interview on 28th September, 2026 at 09:30 A.M., Division of Fruits & Horticultural Technology, IARI, Pusa Campus, New Delhi 110012. Candidates must submit bio-data (as per Annexure 1 format) with attested copies of certificates, attested passport-size photograph, proof of experience, and publications to Dr. N.V. Singh (nripendras72@gmail.com) on or before 25th September, 2026. Original certificates must be brought to interview. Candidates reporting after 10:30 AM will not be considered.
