  • Your name and mobile phone number, when you join our Agri Career Bulletin, request a syllabus or course details, take our career quiz, or ask to speak with a counsellor.
  • Career-quiz responses and preferences (such as your goals, qualifications, and preferred language) used to generate your personalised recommendation.
  • Success stories and testimonials you choose to submit, including your name, your achievement, and any photo you upload.
  • Messages, questions, and file attachments you send through our student-faculty forum and community channels.
  • Any other information you choose to share when you contact us by phone, email, or WhatsApp.

Information collected automatically

  • Your IP address (stored only in a hashed/obscured form to prevent spam and duplicate submissions) and your browser's user-agent string.
  • Usage and device information collected through cookies and analytics tools, such as pages visited, links clicked, and approximate location, to understand how the site is used and improve it.

2. How we use your information

  • To respond to your enquiries and provide the courses, materials, counselling, and guidance you request.
  • To send you exam alerts, career tips, and opportunities through our Agri Career Bulletin and WhatsApp community - only where you have opted in.
  • To generate your personalised career-quiz recommendation and, if you request it, to have a counsellor follow up with you.

3. WhatsApp and messaging

Many of our flows open WhatsApp so you can message us directly. When you contact us through WhatsApp, your communication is also governed by WhatsApp’s own privacy policy. We use your number only to respond to you and to send the updates you have opted in to receive.
