NET conducted by ICAR/UGC/CSIR/AICTE or similar test accredited by the UGC or who are or have been awarde a Ph.D Degree in accordance with the University Grant Commision (Minimum Standards and Procedure for Award of M.Phil/Ph.D. Degree)as per the UGC Regulation, 2018
