- Essential: Postgraduate degree in Fisheries Science / Food Technology / Fish Processing / MBA / Agribusiness or related discipline from a recognized university. Minimum 1st Division or 60% marks or equivalent overall grade point average in Master's degree. Application with Degree or provisional degree certificate will only be considered. Desirable: Prior experience in start-ups incubation, entrepreneurship development, or innovation promotion projects. Knowledge of business plan preparation, proposal writing and project coordination. Familiarity with data analysis and digital tools/platforms. Good presentation and communication skills.

How to apply
Walk-in interview on 22.09.2026 from 11:00 AM onwards at ICAR-Central Institute of Fisheries Education, Panch Marg, Versova, Mumbai 400 061. Candidates must appear with filled application form (as per annexed format), all original certificates from Matriculation onwards (original or provisional), Bio-Data, attested copies of experience certificates and testimonials, one passport size photograph, and self-attested photocopies of all required certificates and an attested copy of recent passport size photograph pasted onto the application form. Application form must be submitted at the time of interview along with declaration.
