- Minimum Qualifications: M.Sc./M.Tech. (Biotechnology/Dairy Science/Dairy Technology/Microbiology/Biochemistry or relevant life sciences discipline), with a minimum of 55% marks. Desirable Qualifications: 1) Candidates have prior experience of handling bacterial cultivation, identification and characterization, microbial consortia development, metagenomics, bioinformatics, and molecular biology techniques such as LC-MS/GC-MS. 2) Candidates who have qualified the CSIR-UGC-NET/DBT-JRF/ICMR-JRF/GATE or any other national level exams will be preferred. 3) The selected JRF candidate may be allowed to enroll in the PhD program as per GBU policy. 4) Candidates with experience/interest in synthetic immunology, molecular biology, and microbiology are encouraged to apply. 5) Candidates with experience/interest in computational tools are encouraged to apply. 6) The candidate must have excellent communication skills.
- Pay
- Rs.36,000/- per month inclusive of HRA (NET/GATE or equivalent exam qualified candidates) as per GSBTM, DST, GoG guidelines. OR Rs. 23,213/- fixed per month (for candidates who have not qualified for the national-level examinations such as NET/GATE) as per GSBTM, DST, GoG guidelines.
