- M.Sc. (Industrial Microbiology) or M.Sc. (Agri. Microbiology) with a minimum of 15 years’ experience in microbial technology, focusing on quality and formulations of bio-fungicides, plant probiotics, bio-pesticides, or bio-fertilisers OR Ph.D. in Microbiology with at least 10 years’ research experience in microbial technology. Preferably Male, from Tamil Nadu or South India, with good communication skills in English and regional languages.
