- Master's degree in Social Work, Development Studies, Rural Development, Sociology, Veterinary Science, Agriculture or a related discipline. Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in project coordination/management, preferably in the development sector. Experience in project planning, implementation, monitoring and reporting. Experience in coordinating teams, partners and multiple stakeholders. Proficiency in MS Office applications. Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Odia. Willingness to travel extensively within the project area. Preferred: experience in livestock, poultry, goatery, climate smart agriculture.
