- B.Sc. (Hons.) Agriculture/ B.Tech. Biotechnology with minimum OCPA 6.00/10.00 basis or 60% marks M.Sc. in Genetics & Plant Breeding/ Plant Breeding/ Molecular Biology and Biotechnology/ Biotechnology (research project on crop plants) with minimum OCPA 6.5/10.00 basis or 65% marks and CSIR UGC/ICAR NET qualified with emoluments of Rs. 37,000/- + 16% HRA per month M.Sc. in Genetics & Plant Breeding/ Plant Breeding/ Molecular Biology and Biotechnology/ Biotechnology (research project on crop plants) with minimum OCPA 6.5/10.00 basis or 65% marks without NET may be recruited as Project Associate I@ Rs. 30,000 + 16% HRA per month. Note-1: The candidate, who does not possess Master’s degree in the relevant subject but possesses Ph.D. degree in the discipline required at the Master’s level, will be eligible for the post. Note 2: Candidates holding a Ph.D. degree are exempted from NET. Note-3: Desirable: Experience in Plant Cytogenetics
