Minimum 10 years of industry experience, including commercial operations, channel management, and portfolio management. B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Agriculture, Agri-Business, or a related field is preferred. MBA from a premier or elite university / business school will be an added advantage. Strong understanding of crop protection, herbicide markets, distribution networks, and commercial execution in the agriculture industry. Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams, manage strategic partners, and convert market insights into business actions.
