- Postgraduate degree in Agriculture/Rural Development, Economics, Social Sciences or relevant specialization from a university of repute or equivalent. At least 10 years of experience in senior decision/policy making position in government/university/institutes. Excellent command of written and spoken English. Knowledge of Arabic or French desirable. Computer literate. Preferably exposure to international/regional organizations. Published articles/papers in reputed journals desirable. Age 45-65 years.

- US $ 5,500-200-7,100 (increasing by US $ 200 annually to maximum US $ 7,100). Representation allowance Rs. 5,000/month. Medical aid Rs. 5,000/month. Other allowances and benefits as per Terms and Conditions.
