Qualification

Degree/Diploma in Horticulture, Agriculture, Landscape Horticulture or a related field; good knowledge of plant identification, plant selection and seasonal requirements; knowledge of planting techniques, soil preparation, fertilization and plant nutrition; understanding of irrigation systems, watering requirements and basic troubleshooting; knowledge of pruning, trimming, pest and disease management; experience/ability to supervise landscape installation, garden maintenance and nursery/plant procurement; basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office; good site supervision, team coordination and communication skills; proactive, responsible and willing to work on-site with good observation and problem-solving skills; willingness to travel to project sites with own vehicle preferred; ability to prepare/maintain plant lists, maintenance schedules and site records
