Qualification

Research Associate: (i) Ph.D. in Agricultural Statistics/Mathematical Statistics/Statistics/Economics/Agricultural Economics/Computer Application or equivalent; OR (ii) Master's degree in Agricultural Statistics/Mathematical Statistics/Statistics/Economics/Agricultural Economics/Computer Application with 4-5 years of bachelor's degree, 1st division or 60% marks, at least 3 years research experience (Fellowship/Associate ship/Training/other engagements) and one research paper in SCI/NAAS rated journal (≥4.0). Senior Research Fellow: (i) Master's degree in Agricultural Statistics/Mathematical Statistics/Statistics/Economics/Agricultural Economics/Computer Application/Remote Sensing and GIS with 4-5 years of bachelor's degree; OR (ii) Post-graduate degree in Basic Sciences with 3-year bachelor's degree and 2-year master's degree, requiring NET qualifications and 2 years research experience.

Pay

Research Associate: Rs.61,000/- consolidated per month (Master's degree holder) + HRA per central govt. norms; Rs.67,000/- consolidated per month (Ph.D. degree holder) + HRA per central govt. norms. Senior Research Fellow: Rs.37,000/- consolidated per month (1st and 2nd year) + HRA per central govt. norms; Rs.42,000/- consolidated per month (from 3rd year) + HRA per central govt. norms.
