- a) Ph.D. in the relevant subject OR b) Master's Degree in relevant subject OR c) Bachelor's Degree of 4/5 years having first division or equivalent overall grade point average. AND d) Experience for at least 3 years of respective teaching/research experience as evidenced from Fellowship/Associate ship/Training/other engagements. AND d) Published one Research paper in science Citation Index (SCI)/NAAS rated ≥4.0 journals. AND e) Candidates having post graduate degree in Basic Sciences with 3 years Bachelors degree and 2 years Master's degree should have the NET qualification.

- Rs. 61,000/- + Applicable HRA for Master's Degree holders; Rs. 67,000/- + Applicable HRA for Ph.D. Degree holders. (*HRA will be given as per the existing state Government rates applicable in various places/locations and subjected to change from time to time as per Government orders)
