- SRF: M.Tech / M.Sc / Ph.D. (4 yrs UG + 2 yrs PG) in Food Process Engineering, Food Technology, Food Safety & Quality Assurance, Agricultural Processing, Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, Food Science, Post-Harvest Technology, Dairy Technology, or MBA (4 yrs UG + 2 yrs PG). OR M.Sc (3 yrs UG + 2 yrs PG) with NET qualification and 2 years research experience, OR Ph.D. in relevant discipline. Food Analyst: Master's / Doctorate in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Dairy Chemistry, Agricultural Science, Animal Science, Fisheries Science, Biotechnology, Food Safety, Food Technology, Food Process Engineering, or Veterinary Sciences. OR Associate of the Institution of Chemists (India).

- SRF: ₹42,000/- per month + HRA as applicable. Food Analyst: ₹60,000/- per month (Fixed Consolidated Emolument)
