Varies by position: PA-I: SSC/10th + ITI; PA-II: B.Sc or 3-year Diploma in Engineering & Technology; PAT-I: Master's/Integrated Master's in Natural/Agricultural/Pharmaceutical Sciences/MVSc/Animal Sciences, or Bachelor's in Engineering/Technology/Medicine; PAT-II: Master's/Integrated Master's in Natural/Agricultural/Pharmaceutical Sciences/MVSc/Animal Sciences plus 2 years R&D experience, or Master's in Engineering/Technology; Senior-PAT: Master's/Integrated Master's in Natural/Agricultural/Pharmaceutical Sciences/MVSc/Animal Sciences plus 3 years R&D experience, or Master's/Doctoral in Engineering/Technology plus 2 years R&D experience; Principal-PAT: Master's/Integrated Master's in Natural/Agricultural/Pharmaceutical Sciences/MVSc/Animal Sciences plus 6 years R&D experience, or Master's/Doctoral in Engineering/Technology plus 3 years R&D experience; PS-I: Doctoral degree in Science, or Master's in Engineering/Technology plus 4 years R&D experience.

Pay

PA-I: ₹18,000/month; PA-II: ₹20,000/month; PAT-I: ₹25,000–₹31,000/month; PAT-II: ₹28,000–₹35,000/month; Senior-PAT: ₹42,000/month; Principal-PAT: ₹49,000/month; PS-I: ₹56,000/month (consolidated, excluding HRA, or as per funding agency norms)
